We’ve all been in offices and other spaces where colleagues have grabbed an empty room, because there was nothing saying it was booked. And we’ve all walked around looking for available space, wondering if and when a room is booked.
These solutions map to the scheduling systems – like Microsoft Exchange – used by many organizations to schedule meetings. Many systems even allow users to look up and book rooms right from a touchscreen outside that room.
